Substantiating and proving the existence of a “de facto” civil company

Three shadow partners established a pharmaceutical company under the name of one of them, in 2004 the two other partners were public officials who could not legally be part of the company.

In 2020, and after quitting their jobs, the two other partners requested to be officially registered as partners in the company.

The initial partner refused and claimed that this company is his since no official records show otherwise.

As a result, the two other partners sought our aid in restoring what they have built for the past 19 years.

Knowing that the trial court has the power to comprehend the relevant facts of the case, gauge, and compare the proofs offered therein, so long as the court comes to a reasonable conclusion backed by the relevant case records; we relied on good and bad faith standings and achieved a breakthrough judgment which substantiated our claims and proved the existence of the tri-party company and obliged the official authorities to amend the license and add the two other partners whom their share is 75%.
