Ahmed Ashour
ASSOCIATE
Ahmed Ashour is a Legal Associate at Al Hashimi Advocates and Legal Consultants since September 2015. He specializes in handling all execution cases, all Dubai Rental Dispute centre cases, and follows up daily matters with Dubai courts clerks and Public Prosecution staff.
In addition to his valuable expertise at Al Hashimi, Mr. Ashour is well knowledgeable in all the cases legal procedures and in working on all local and federal courts systems across different Emirates of the country.
Moreover, Mr. Ashour held many meetings and attended more than 400 expert examination procedures, he also manages to pursue complicated matters faced at the police station, public prosecution and criminal court clerks.
Mr. Ashour furtherly drafts memorandum for all three stages of jurisdiction (first instance, appeal and cassation)
Prior to joining the team, Mr. Ashour worked Amer Al Marzouki advocates and legal consultants for 3 and a half years.
