Roman Boiko is a Legal Consultant at Mohammed Al Hashimi Advocates and Associate.
With Over 10 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Boiko joined since September 2017, he specializes in drafting all kinds of contracts, memorandums (between parties and partners), corporate structuring, last wills, and reviewing legal documents.
Mr. Boiko’s fields of expertise are commercial matters, construction (FIDIC), financial, civil, and trading (gold, securities, blockchain, aviation, maritime and logistics matters (INCOTERMS).
Mr. Boiko is an expert in Dubai Arbitration (DIAC, DIFC), and Zurich Arbitration (ICC Switzerland). He also provides accurate legal opinions and consultation for all of our clients.
